Removal Policy
Q: I’m the subject of a post. How do I get the post removed?
We don’t take sides. We are neither judge nor jury. We sometimes look into the subjects of the posts to see if they have a history of violence, but most of the time, we give posters the benefit of the doubt. We (Busting Bad Men) and them (the poster) are protected by the Communications Decency Act and freedom of speech laws. Furthermore, we are located outside of the US and have no duty to adhere to US-based laws.
To have a post removed, please contact the poster and ask them to submit a removal request via the same email and/or IP address they used to submit the post. Once that’s done, we’ll gladly oblige. If you can’t get in touch with the original poster, send us an email at bustingbadmen@protonmail.com or text (917) 794-2545
The best way to not end up on our site, or similar ones, is to treat women, including sexworkers, and children with respect and dignity.
